Saddlery guarantees that our products will be of the highest
quality and workmanship possible. While we make every reasonable
effort to make sure the product has been inspected and carefully
packed there may be a reason you would want to return an item to
Montana Saddlery. In the event that an item needs to be returned
you need to call, write, or e-mail Montana Saddlery and request
a return authorization number. The item should be returned within
10 days of receipt to receive a full refund. No actual credit or
refund will be issued until we receive the item in a salable unused
condition.

Saddlery ships on a daily basis by UPS Please allow 10 business
days for UPS. ground shipments. Special orders and custom orders
could take as much as 4-6 weeks for delivery.

normally ship everything UPS. ground unless otherwise specified. Next
day and 2nd day shipping is available upon request. In all cases Montana
Saddlery charges only actual shipping charges
based on size, weight and destination. International shipping is
available as well. Quotes on international shipping will be given
after verification with the shipper. All taxes, customs fees and
duties will be the responsibility of the customer.
